GREYHAWK LANDING UPDATE:

Greyhawk Landing CDD Update: 

Posted Wednesday 4/2/2025 progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly! Next update will be posted Wednesday 4/9/2025.

RFID distribution  ALL VEHICLES WILL GO TO REC CENTER FOR TAG INSTALLATION!  NEW Hours M-F 9am-noon then 1pm-4pm and  Saturday 9am until 2pm thru 4/19/2025. 

CDD Meeting Thursday 4/24/2025 at 6 PM at Mulberry Clubhouse. 

Both pools are open. Both spas are open, however Mulberry spa has air lock issues, work is being scheduled. 

The Mulberry pool will be shut down for deep cleaning on Tuesday April 15th and will reopen on Thursday April 17th in the afternoon. 

Rec Center Pool (Play and Spray) will close approximately 6/9/2025 for 12-16 weeks while a new Play and Spray structure is installed and the pool is resurfaced.  Similar work will not again be necessary for 20 or more years, the current pool is over 20 years old with minimal preventative maintenance performed. 

The Fitness center (gym) is open, please clean equipment when your workout is completed, including turning off fans and TVs at completion of your workout. 

Nature Trails and Sidewalks – All nature trails and sidewalks are OPEN.   Nature Trails and Sidewalks  maybe occasionally have debris and /or may have lifted areas caused by tree roots and erosion consequently PLEASE USE CAUTION and BIKES and SCOOTERS SHARE THESE WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS. 

Streetlights  Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name. 

Perimeter fencing  The CDD has approved new fencing at Petunia and Caladium, schedule is being developed for installation. 

FHP continues to issue citations (up to 30 per month) within GHL, speeding and not stopping at stop signs continues to be a huge safety issue. Slow down and stop at stop signs!
