Progress in all areas is being made, steadily but slowly!

Pool Update:
Both pools are open, Rec Center Spa is currently closed,  please use Mulberry Spa.

Basketball and Tennis Court resurfacing: Are OPEN and recently resurfaced.

The Fitness center (gym) is open.  Please bring your own means of hydration when working out, waiting on vendor to perform warranty repair.

Nature Trails – All nature trails are OPEN but vendor is continuing to clean fallen debris, use caution where work is being performed.  Being Nature Trails there will always be fallen debris in areas, random areas that are slippery, and even occasionally uneven concrete. USE CAUTION AS BIKE RIDERS SHARE THESE TRAILS WITH WALKERS AND JOGGERS.

Streetlights  Initial hurricane damage has been completed.  Please email Andrew with any lights that are not on overnight, each pole has a number, include pole number and street name.

Street signs are being straightened and missing signs replaced, in progress and should be all restored soon.

Perimeter fencing on Caladium Court and Petunia original installer is assessing damage and will provide a scope of work within next two weeks, it could be months before repairs as there are limited fence companies in the area.

Street Trees: Street trees have been righted and staked, leaners are being accessed for possible straightening or removal.

Stump removal: Various stumps in CDD property are being removed and filled and graded.

Annual Flowers:  Winter Annual flowers were installed two weeks ago. Soon irrigation cycles will be reduced to once daily in the mid-afternoon.

Holiday Lights: Installation is progressing, initial lighting will be during Thanksgiving week.

Homeowner Property issues: Please contact your POA for issues concerning your property!
