The Mulberry Clubhouse, REC (Fitness) center, Pickleball, Tennis, and Basketball Courts, are all Now Open
Street debris cleanup is progressing with daily progress very evident. This is a slow and tedious process requiring raking and hand removal.
The Fitness center (gym) is now open. Please be aware the water fountain (in the hallway of the gym) is down for minor repairs. Please bring your own means of hydration when working out until the water fountain is fixed, we are waiting on our vendor.
Both Pools, Spas, and Pool decks will remain closed. The Pool company is now scheduled clean them. After they are cleaned, and "passed" by the health inspector, ONLY THEN will they re-open. The first concentration will be on the Mulberry pool simply because the loss of power was only 7 hours, and the Rec Center pool was without power for three days and substantially more debris entered this pool.
Nature Trails – The Nature Trails are closed. Crews are beginning to work on cleaning the Nature Trails and this will be a lengthy process as many large trees have fallen and access is not easy. All nature trails are VERY UNSAFE with hanging branches waiting to fall with a slight breeze. Please, Stay away from these areas until the district gives the "ALL CLEAR". If you enter, you enter at your own risk. We don’t want anyone to be injured.
Streetlights have been inventoried for damage and parts lists are being developed by our street light vendor.
Many Street signs are missing or leaning, the Street Sign company has been notified and an inventory list is being complied. Emphasis will be installing Stop Signs where missing or damaged.
